Vision Builders, Inc. is a non-profit corporation of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Our principal office is at Utinbang Weto, Rairok, Majuro Atoll. We exist for charitable, educational, religious, youth-development and community-development purposes. No income or asset of the corporation benefits any private person.

God gives the vision. We help young people write it down, make it plain and run with it.
What we do
Our work runs in four program areas.
- Vision Center. Our flagship youth-development facility in Rairok. A safe, Christ-centered place where young people discover their purpose, grow in faith, get help with school, learn to lead, learn business and bookkeeping, and gain skills in technology, agriculture and the arts.
- Vision Builders Academy. Tutoring, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and life-skills training.
- Vision Builders Enterprise. Entrepreneurship, business development, agriculture, innovation and youth enterprise.
- V-Voice Media. Online broadcasting, digital media and production. Giving vision a voice.

How we are governed
A Board of Directors governs the corporation. The Board meets at least four times a year and holds its annual meeting each July. Its officers are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Director. Every dollar we receive advances the purposes of Vision Builders. No director, officer or member receives a share of it.
Because our work centres on young people, our Bylaws commit us to written policies on child and youth protection, the screening of staff and volunteers, photography and media, and the use of the internet and social media. Everyone who works with our youth follows them.
