Our Bylaws organise the work of Vision Builders into four program areas. Each one serves the same mission from a different side: a place, a classroom, a workshop and a microphone.
Vision Center
Vision Center is our flagship youth-development facility in Rairok. It is a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered place where young people discover their purpose, grow in faith, get help with school, learn to lead, learn business and bookkeeping, and gain skills in technology, agriculture and the arts.
Programs at Vision Center include Bible study and discipleship, prayer, youth leadership training, academic tutoring, career development, entrepreneurship and business workshops, bookkeeping and financial literacy, computer and technology training, mentoring, life skills, agricultural and vocational training, arts and media, community service, and youth conferences, camps and seminars.
Vision Builders Academy
The Academy is our teaching arm: tutoring, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital literacy, life skills and mentoring. Each lesson is a short video with notes you can download and keep. Open the Academy library.
Vision Builders Enterprise
Enterprise helps young people turn a skill into a living: entrepreneurship, business development, agriculture, innovation and youth enterprise. A garden plot, a sewing machine, a roadside stall, a cash book that balances. We teach the business as well as the craft.
V-Voice Media
V-Voice Media is our online broadcasting, digital media and production program. Giving Vision a Voice. Conversations, youth, leadership, discipleship and stories, recorded in Majuro and shared with the Pacific. About V-Voice Media.
Who decides
The Board of Directors approves every program and may add, combine or close program areas as the work requires. Each area has a committee of the Board behind it. To take part in any of them, get involved.
